Case 16-17 A – Appeal of a ruling of the Zoning Enforcement Officer – 34 Shore Acres, Lacy
A Motion was made by M. Stone, seconded by N. Hutchinson to CLOSE the Public Hearing on the Appeal of a ruling of the ZEO for 34 Shore Acres. No further discussion and a vote was taken. In favor: J. McQuade, M. Stone, K. Conniff, M. Hartmann, N. Hutchinson Opposed: None Abstaining: None The motion passed unanimously. 5-0-0
A Motion was made by M. Stone, seconded by K. Conniff to POSTPONE the deliberations on the Appeal until a Special Meeting of the ZBA which is to be held on Wednesday, October 26, 2016 at 2:30 p.m. in the American Legion Conference Room, second floor, Town Hall. No further discussion and a vote was taken. In favor: J. McQuade, M. Stone, K. Conniff, M. Hartmann, N. Hutchinson Opposed: None Abstaining: None The motion passed unanimously. 5-0-0
Regular Meeting
a) New Business – Approval of the 2017 Regular Meeting Schedule
A Motion was made by K. Conniff, seconded by N. Hutchinson to APPROVE the 2017 Zoning Board of Appeals Meeting schedule as submitted. No further discussion and a vote was taken. In favor: J. McQuade, M. Stone, K. Conniff, M. Hartmann, N. Hutchinson Opposed: None Abstaining: None The motion passed unanimously. 5-0-0

Hartmann, N. Hutchinson Opposed: None Abstaining: None The motion passed unanimously. 5-0-0 The meeting adjourned at 9:30 p.m.
